Do I need Internet Access to Play Microsoft Solitaire Collection?

Internet Access is required for Xbox Live Sign In and Daily Challenges. You can play the five classic game modes offline. If you run into issues with signing into your Xbox Live account or Daily Challenges, please check your internet connection.

How do I disable push notifications?

If you would like disable push notifications for Xbox Live Achievement Toasts, please do the following:

  1. Enter Settings
  2. Select "Notifications"
  3. Select Microsoft Solitaire Collection from your Application list
  4. Switch the Slider for 'Allow Notifications' to off.

The Microsoft Solitaire Collection offers In App Purchases by Subscribing to Premium. Subscription to Premium is offered for one month or one year.

How Do I Cancel My Premium Subscription?

When you subscribe to Premium via the iOS app, the billing is handled by Apple and managed through iTunes.

To cancel the auto-renewal for your subscription, please do the following:

  1. Go into your device settings
  2. Tap on iTunes & App Stores
  3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top
  4. View Apple ID
  5. Tap the Manage button under Subscriptions
This should give you an option to turn off auto-renewal so your subscription will cancel at the end of your current billing period.
